AI Stocks Continue to Plunge, Brokerages and KOLs Intensively Betting on Bottom Fishing This Week

BlockBeats News, July 29th. Recently, AI stocks have been continuously falling, with leading AI stocks such as SK Hynix experiencing a sharp drop in a short period of time. In response, domestic and international brokerages and KOLs are actively betting on buying the dip this week.

Chairman of Oriental Harbor, Dan Bin, publicly stated on Snowball today, "When there is a big drop, you must dare to buy! Just used up all remaining ammo."

Renowned investor Duane Young-Ping disclosed his actual trading of SpaceX puts last Friday, with the market generally viewing this as his typical "potential delivery" operation.

In addition, regarding the South Korean stock market, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Citigroup, Nomura, and other brokerages unanimously agreed that the market "is approaching the bottom," "leverage unwinding is nearing completion," the current market is undergoing a technical correction rather than a fundamental reversal, and they maintain a high target price view on the KOSPI index.

Well-known figure in the crypto community, Tom Lee, expressed a similar opinion, stating that the pullback of SK Hynix and Samsung is a forced deleveraging, weak hands have been flushed out, and it's nearing the bottom. AI has been under industrial-grade development for many years, and all such pullbacks are "buying opportunities."

On the US stock market front, there are also voices advocating "buying the dip." Most analysts believe that Mag7 is currently trading at over a decade-low valuation compared to the S&P. They recommend buying the dip on Nvidia, Microsoft, Meta, Alphabet, Broadcom, Amazon, and others.

BlockBeats believes that the market is full of uncertainties, and investors need to take responsibility for their funds and decisions. In the current extreme market conditions, it is advisable to use leverage cautiously and maintain investment rationality.
