Binance founder CZ attended the Demo Day event of the fourth season of EASY Residency hosted by YZi Labs in Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan, this week, showcasing incubated projects. At the same time, YZi Labs is looking for founders in four core directions: programmable capital and on-chain markets, AI infrastructure and compute, AI interfaces and the consumer layer, as well as AI×Bio and programmable science. During the event, CZ made an appearance on the "Meanders" podcast, discussing resilience, adaptability, and lifelong drive in the crypto field. CZ mentioned that this year has not been a good one for the crypto industry, and the company's performance may decline, but they have tried their best and not slacked off. CZ also expressed continued belief in the value of Bitcoin, but noted that payment and on-chain ownership did not meet early expectations, with Real-world Assets (RWA) and stablecoins being understood later on.
