Have you gone to Solana and Avalanche to pick up some money? Who will be the next wealth password MEME, Silly Dragon, Hat Dog, or Mother Chicken?
Author: Lüdong Xiaogong, BlockBeats

The MEME trading frenzy of Solana and Avalanche is sweeping the market.

Compared to Ethereum, these networks are favored by traders for their lower transaction fees and faster speeds. Solana has extremely low transaction costs, less than one cent, and processing speeds only take a few seconds. In contrast, Ethereum's transaction fees require at least $15 and processing time can take up to a minute. Such differences have made Solana and Avalanche the new darlings in the eyes of investors.

Solana

Solana's series of meme-based dog coins have taken off, with some explosive growth not only fueling lively market discussions, but also contributing significantly to the continued hotness of the Solana ecosystem.

Among all the public chain inscriptions, Sols has always performed exceptionally well. Therefore, last week, Bitget announced that it will launch the inscription token Sols on the Solana chain and open a trading channel on December 15th. Subsequently, Magic Eden's market data showed that the floor price of Sols exceeded 100 SOL, setting a new historical high. This caused many people to be amazed.

And the trading volume of Solana DEX has also exceeded 5 billion US dollars, once again breaking the historical record, and even surpassing Ethereum within 24 hours.

Although most of the liquidity of most "土狗" projects is on Solana DEX such as Jupiter and Raydium, most "土狗 traders" buy and sell on the information aggregation front-end platforms of Birdeye and Meteora.

Silly Dragon

SILLY continues to create new highs.

First is SILLY, a "meme form" that was created because Solana Labs co-founder Toly wore a "dragon-shaped" outfit at the Breakpoint conference. The launch of SILLY, combined with the influence of the concept of the Year of the Dragon next year, quickly made it the focus of the market.

Not only spreading offline, Toly has also liked and shared the silly dragon meme multiple times on social media, spreading the message that "we urgently need the silly dragon meme".

With multiple "support" from Toly, SILLY has been rising steadily. According to BlockBeats, on December 20th, SILLY broke through 0.024 USD and rose more than 131% in 24 hours. A few hours later, it broke through 0.047 USD, and the 24-hour increase expanded to 211%.

Today, Silly Dragon hit another all-time high. As of the time of writing, the price is 0.0686 USD, showing great potential to become the next "MEME King" of Solana.

ZERO

According to BlockBeats, after briefly breaking through the price of $1.7 on December 15th, the ZERO token fell to $0.5 within two days. However, it made a strong comeback yesterday evening, rising to $1.6 and returning to the spotlight.

ZERO is a Solana-based token that combines the concepts of inscriptions, memes, and gambling. Its total supply is 21 million, with 10.5 million being minted at a price of 0.08 SOL, and all proceeds will go into the AMM pool. This unique structure has sparked heated discussions within the crypto community, despite being in its very early stages.

ZERO token was founded by @Pland__, an early Ordinals OG and Solana developer. Pland pointed out that Sols is not purely an inscription, but essentially an NFT, and there are hidden fees in NFT inscription verification. Therefore, he launched the Meta Protocol protocol through inscription technology and launched the Fairmint of purely inscription ZERO on Solana.

Fairmint's mechanism is very interesting: it lasts for 10500 Solana blocks, each block is about 300 milliseconds, with a total duration of about 90 minutes, and there are 10500 inscriptions in total. The number is extracted from the hash value of each block. When the number is even, the first number closest to the block hash value from top to bottom in the transaction in the block is the winner, and vice versa when the number is odd. Each transaction charges 0.08 Sol and is added to the ZERO pool.

It is reported that the probability of winning the lottery is about 8%, which has led to a market value of $1.3 million when joining the pool. In the Solana ecosystem, many new projects are quickly snapped up, but the Meta Protocol protocol has achieved innovation through Ordinals technology and principles, which may be one of the reasons why ZERO is so popular.

WIF

In addition, the token WIF, which is based on the meme "dog wearing a hat", often ranks first on the Birdeye trading hot list. As of the time of writing, the price of WIF is 0.21 USD.

According to a report by BlockBeats, a trader made a huge profit of $1.47 million in just five days by investing in the Meme token WIF on the Solana blockchain.

!knoB

Today, knoB's popularity has also increased in the Chinese community. As the reversed letters of "bonk", people have transferred their emotions from "Bonk" to "knoB". In the community, even $zero $silly $knob is referred to as the "Sol Chain Three Musketeers".

knoB's official website, Twitter, and community all have a strong sense of absurdity and meme culture. The website design is simple and the color scheme is interesting. As of the time of writing, the price of !knoB is 0.00093 USD, with a 211.1% increase in the past 24 hours and a 1683.0% increase in the past 7 days.

Avalanche

In the previous bull market, Solana, Avalanche, and Terra, as the three most widely adopted L1 public chains, together shaped the narrative of the "new public chain". Solana is known for its high throughput and low transaction fees, while Avalanche is touted as the "Internet of Finance" and aims to bridge the gap between blockchain and traditional finance.

In this wave of inscriptions and memes, Avalanche once again followed Solana, and the inscription AVAX rose by nearly 12% in recent days. Related reading: "Avalanche inscription price doubles, besides ASCT, what other passwords are there?"

COQ

COQ is a meme project with a "hen" theme launched by @WojakSatoshi on December 8th. In less than a week since its launch, it has become the most popular meme coin on Avalanche. The community refers to COQ as the PEPE of Avalanche.

These days, COQ has also shown a significant growth trend. According to CoinGecko's data, COQ's first 24-hour increase on December 18th reached 26.7%, with a price of 0.00000178 US dollars. Then on the same day, its increase further expanded to 45.1%, and the price rose to 0.00000196 US dollars. By December 19th, COQ's increase had reached 108.6%, with a price increase to 0.00000244 US dollars, demonstrating strong market dynamics.

As of the time of writing, the price of COQ is 0.00000324 USD.

BlockBeats reminds that the MEME market is easily influenced by FOMO emotions, and the vast majority of tokens are showing violent capital rotation. Investors need to be cautious when participating.
