Solidigm is a U.S. subsidiary established by SK Hynix after acquiring Intel's NAND business unit in 2021. According to industry insiders on the 18th, Solidigm is examining site selections and detailed conditions, with plans to build a large-scale NAND production line in the eastern United States. If this large-scale production line is established in the United States, it will become its first local production base.

Recent reports have suggested that Solidigm is considering cooperation with Intel in memory production, and rumors about its Nasdaq listing have been persistent.
