According to DataInsight Beating monitoring, AI infrastructure company Prime Intellect has completed a $130 million Series A funding round, valuing the company at $1 billion. The round was led by Radical Ventures, with participation from NVIDIA Ventures, Intel Capital, Dell Technologies Capital, among others.
Prime Intellect is focused on the "Open Superintelligence Stack," a platform for training and deploying Agent-centric AI. It combines computing power, large-scale reinforcement learning, environment, sandbox, evaluation, and reasoning services, allowing enterprises to train and optimize their own Agents without relying entirely on closed-source model providers like OpenAI and Anthropic.
The company reports that it has over 6,000 customers using its tools, with an annual revenue exceeding $1 billion. Ramp previously used Prime Intellect's Lab platform to train a 35B model for table search, achieving higher accuracy than Claude Opus, 27% faster speed, and lower cost.
