BlockBeats News, July 8th, the World Gold Council report shows that global gold-backed ETFs saw continuous outflows across all regions in June (-$8.9 billion). However, thanks to the strong performance of the Asian market, the overall global Gold ETFs still recorded a net inflow of $8 billion in the first half of the year. As of the end of June, the global Gold ETF asset under management reached $526 billion, a 6% decrease in the first half of the year, mainly due to the lower gold price; total holdings increased by 18 tons in the first half of the year, reaching 4047 tons. Gold market trading volume dipped in June, but the average daily trading volume in the first half of the year still hit a record high of $488 billion.
