According to Motion Intelligence Beating Monitor, early-stage venture capital fund MoE Capital, co-founded by former AGI House members, has completed its first close of a $25 million fund. What sets this fund apart is the deep integration of Limited Partners (LPs) and advisors from cutting-edge labs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI.
Amidst intensifying competition in early-stage AI investments, MoE Capital aims to establish an information edge by building a tight-knit community of researchers. Researchers working in mainstream labs can promptly recommend departing colleagues with entrepreneurial intentions to the fund, thereby securing high-value deal flow. To enhance software-hardware synergy, the team also organized a visit to Shenzhen this month for several researchers to explore robot supply chain vendors.
Currently, MoE Capital has invested in Phylo, developing a biopharmaceutical AI agent, and Recursive Superintelligence, a company dedicated to achieving recursive superintelligence.
