SlowMist: The security issue of Squid is not with the private key, but with the vulnerability in the Safe Wallet's graphic module

BlockBeats News, May 26th - SlowMist founder Cao Yin posted on social media to explain the Squid security incident. He stated that a sample analysis found that all related Safe wallets were single-signer wallets with different owners. The issue was not with the private keys, but with a vulnerable module used by these Safe addresses (SquidRouterModule). Attackers could forge messages, easily bypass relevant verifications, and initiate subsequent exchange operations to transfer funds from the target Safe wallet. In addition, Cao Yin also disclosed information about the attacker's profit-dumping address.
