Irish Drug Lord's 'Lost' 10-Year-Old Bitcoin on the Move Again, 500 BTC Transferred Worth Around $38 million

BlockBeats News, May 20th, according to Arkham Monitoring, the Bitcoin associated with Irish drug dealer Clifton Collins, previously considered "permanently lost," has once again been transferred. Clifton Collins, a former beekeeper, was later arrested for drug trafficking. He purchased Bitcoin worth about $30,000 between 2011 and 2012, which is now worth close to $4.1 billion. Due to his claim of losing the private keys, this batch of BTC has long been seen by the public as unrecoverable.

However, a month ago, 500 BTC from this batch was transferred for the first time after being dormant for 10 years. The latest data shows that another 500 BTC has been transferred again, with a value of approximately $38 million based on the current price.
