Foreign media: Robert Kennedy Jr. said in court documents that he planned to support Trump, and his assistant later denied it

BlockBeats news, on August 24, according to multiple media reports, Robert Kennedy Jr.'s campaign team told a Pennsylvania court that he would support former President Trump. On Friday afternoon local time, he announced that he would end his independent presidential campaign. In a lawsuit in Pennsylvania related to his own challenge to ballot access in the state, the document stated that he would withdraw from the vote "due to supporting Trump's campaign for President of the United States today."

After Kennedy's running mate began publicly considering whether he would withdraw from the campaign to support former President Trump this week, his decision to end the campaign was expected. However, Kennedy's aides said after the report that Kennedy has not yet supported Trump and the court documents have not been reviewed by the campaign team. (Jin Shi)
