BlockBeats: On November 15th, FTX's former COO Constance responded to and clarified various rumors about former employees of crypto KOL Autism Capital, including former COO Constance of FTX. It said:
It was ultimately sad and upsetting to see our former employee spread untrue rumors about me on Twitter. I had nothing to do with this incident and I had no knowledge of it before last Tuesday. All I did was try to help afterwards, and I didn't want to give up the company that I had worked for for the last three years, so I really tried to save it.
I would like to clarify:
1/ I have no knowledge of any transfer of client funds or of Alameda's transactions or its arrangements with FTX.
2/ I was responsible for BD, growth and marketing, and my team and I put our reputation on the line to defend FTX until the last minute, and it is very disappointing to see this happen.
3/ I do not have any personal relationship with Sam. I have worked very hard to build the company and the team over the past three years. I do not believe that this failure was due to the failure of our exchange business.
4/Conch Shack is company property, not gifted to me, and I live in Conch Shack with other employees.
5/ Like many of you, all of my assets were on FTX and now they are gone, I have no assets on any other exchange.
6/ I am heartbroken and personally hurt by the misinformation being shared by employees. I will put new job postings on hold until I am fully recovered, but I will send my resume when others DM me.
