Leading US lawyers are proposing a class action lawsuit against celebrities who promoted the FTX

BlockBeats News, November 16, according to The Block, David Boies, a leading Wall Street litigator and founder of US law firm Boies Schiller Flexner, is talking to clients about bringing class actions against celebrities who promote FTX. It was not immediately clear which FTX promoters might be targeted in potential class actions. Among the platform's notable promoters are Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady and Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry, both of whom have had equity deals with the platform. Other celebrities associated with FTX include basketball star Shaquille O 'Neal, TV star Larry David, "Shark Tank" host and businessman Kevin O 'Leary, among others.
