Ethereum ZK Rollup expansion solution construction team Matter Labs has previously received investment from USV, Placeholder, 1KX and Dragonfly and other well-known investors. In addition, zkSync ecological partners, including   Aave, Balancer, 1inch, Curve, Binance, Coinbase  Ventures and others are also involved in financing the project, though the exact financing was not disclosed. In late 2020, Matter Labs CEO Alex Gluchowski confirmed that the team's ZK Rollup expansion solution, zkSync, would launch native tokens. April 2022 zkSync upgrade V2 test network performance.
