When we were working on BSN, we fully absorbed the experience of the development of the Internet. Whether from the perspective of policy orientation or business demand, the development of blockchain technology has been an irreversible trend. With the popularization of blockchain technology in the future, a variety of blockchain-based application scenarios will continue to emerge. BSN's goal is to make blockchain services as convenient, low-cost and easy to use as the Internet, the Internet of Blockchains. Therefore, any blockchain application in any industry can be connected to BSN.

We think that since the launch of BSN, the cost of blockchain application has been reduced from hundreds of thousands of yuan per year to less than 2,000 yuan, which itself is a great change for the industry. Since BSN is a blockchain infrastructure, being cheap and easy to use as an infrastructure is the biggest change that can affect thousands of businesses.

For example, the rapid development of the mobile Internet is inseparable from the popularization of 4G and 5G networks and the sharp drop in rates. The value of "infrastructure" lies in its universality. From the perspective of technical application, the core logic of blockchain technology is the broadcast transmission and storage of information data, and it is the best technical mechanism for information to reach consensus. Its core value is to realize the reliable transmission and storage of information, which is a kind of "trust" realized by technical means. This kind of trust is universal. No matter between enterprises or individuals, a "trust tool" is needed, so blockchain empowerment is extensive.

At present, blockchain technology has played an important role in many application scenarios such as finance, payment, depositing, traceability and privacy protection. Other "new infrastructure", such as 5G, big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and so on, can also be combined with blockchain technology. It is believed that with the popularization of technology and application, blockchain technology will penetrate into all walks of life.

From the perspective of infrastructure, I think the enablement provided by blockchain infrastructure includes: first, the technical compatibility should be comprehensive and extensive, and the data exchange between technologies should be able to form a global blockchain Internet through unified protocol standards. Second, technology should be continuously updated and iterated, so that China's blockchain technology level is always in a leading position. Third, the most important thing is to keep the cost of technology infinitesimally close to zero so that everyone can afford it.

We understand that the basic function of "infrastructure", whether old or new, is to "reduce costs and increase efficiency". The ultimate goal is to empower industries and boost economic development. First of all, we think that the digitalization of fiat currency can be understood from two directions: one is the digitalization service provided by such as WeChat payment and Alipay for fiat currency payment; Another is the digitisation of cash. According to the global understanding of the development direction of CBDC, the digitalization of cash is its development trend. Its core difference is that cash can be circulated with the highest efficiency without any intermediate links.

In my opinion, the launch of CBDC has greatly changed the industry and business model, most notably the payment industry. Its impact is just like the launch of Alipay and WeChat brought unlimited business models to the Internet economy. We believe that when stablecoin and central bank digital currency begin to circulate on a large scale as payment properties, it will drive almost all information industries and information systems. Banks, companies and governments will use blockchain technology to connect with these digital currencies.

6. Finally, I would like to talk about the current strategic planning of BSN and the expected final business form.
