Read this article in 2 Minutes
According to the company's previous statement, the hack affected only a "limited" number of customers at the time.

Rhythm BlockBeats news, on October 16, Bloomberg quoted a person familiar with the internal review as saying that the cryptocurrency and securities trading platform Robinhood had been hacked before, and nearly 2,000 people were actually hacked. As a result, three accounts were compromised and client funds were stolen, suggesting the hacker has penetrated more widely than previously thought.

According to the company’s previous statement, the hack affected only a “limited” number of customers at the time. Robinhood at the time blamed the attack on victims' personal email accounts being compromised, but several victims told Bloomberg they found no evidence that this happened. Additionally, several victims said they had used two-factor authentication, which is what Robinhood recommends for hacked users.
