Rhythblockbeats news: On July 21, after the "Remove sudo license module" proposal initiated by boca Council was approved in the referendum, Boca has opened the first referendum governance vote, which is about "whether to open the transfer". According to the view, the remaining voting time is about 13 days and 22 hours, the current result is 100% in favor.

It was reported today that Boca had passed the no. 0 referendum and successfully removed the Sudo module at 16:00, officially entering the fourth phase of the main network.
