According to BlockBeats, on August 18, Tim Beiko, the core developer of Ethereum, said on his social platform that the preparations for the merger of Ethereum main network have been completed. As previously reported by BlockBeats, on August 12, the Ethereum Foundation posted that the target date for the Ethereum mainframe merger is September 15, 2022, but this estimate is off by up to a week. Final changes will be made during a core developer conference call on August 18th.
