This upgrade shortens the block time from 75 seconds to 25 seconds, tripling the transaction confirmation speed; at the same time, 60% of the fees collected per block will be removed from circulation and are planned to be returned to miners starting from February 2031, while maintaining the original block reward halving schedule during this period.
