Zcash plans to implement its first halve in October 2020

On January 10, the Zcash foundation officially announced that Zcash plans to implement its first halving program in October 2020, which will end the incentive for founders. The community will begin formal discussions on January 21 on how to pay for the agreement and the development of the ecosystem thereafter.

It is understood that Zcash's anonymous technology, zk-snarks, has a higher market attention than the circular signature technology adopted by munro, but Zcash's private trading has not been widely used in the early stage, which may be related to its generation cost.
