Nebius, Boeing, and others join opposition to OKXICE tokenization, bringing the number of opposing companies to 62.

BlockBeats news, November 5 — Crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett posted that today three more issuers joined the ranks of those opposing the tokenized trading of their stocks on OKXICE, including Nebius, Boeing, and ServiceNow, bringing the number of companies submitting objections from 59 on November 3 to 62. Among them, Boeing and ServiceNow were on OKXICE's initial list, while Nebius was not. Currently, 54 of the 62 companies originally proposed have raised objections.

OKXICE announced the relevant plan on October 5, intending to conduct tokenized U.S. stock trading under the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)'s five-year "innovation exemption" framework, matching trades through automated market makers and liquidity pools, and allowing stock issuers to raise objections. The platform's initial proposed trading list covered 62 companies and 63 ticker symbols, with Alphabet including two classes of stock.
