After the Binance hack, some investors sent on-chain messages to the hacker "begging" for funds, but received no response.

BlockBeats news, November 5th - Following a major hack of Binance, an absurd on-chain scene has emerged within the crypto community—a large number of strangers are sending extremely small amounts of Bitcoin to wallets controlled by the hacker through the blockchain, accompanied by various messages, attempting to beg, promote, or even offer money laundering advice.

These transaction amounts are typically less than $1, but senders are utilizing Bitcoin's OP_RETURN feature to write permanent text messages onto the chain. Among them, the most persistent sender has been repeatedly sending the message "Help me bro" to all 19 wallets held by the hacker since last Friday. It is reported that this sender pays approximately 1000 satoshis (about 78 cents) per wallet per round. After completing three rounds of operations, the total cost including fees amounts to about $46, yet no response has been received to date.

Beyond "begging," the message content is quite diverse. Some are pitching to the hacker, suggesting they use a link to swap assets on THORChain and advising them never to return the funds to Binance founder CZ; a self-proclaimed Turkish crypto influencer took the opportunity to promote their own token and requested the hacker to "donate" to support their ecosystem's development; others, in the Halloween spirit, left messages like "Happy Hacklloween Satoshis for treats PLS." However, despite the lively message section, the hacker has yet to reply, and the stolen funds have not moved since last Thursday.
