BlockBeats news, November 4th, past 11 AM Eastern Time, all U.S. states except Hawaii have begun in-person voting. Hawaii is expected to open polling stations in less than an hour.

4. Former President Obama has released a new automated phone call recording to canvass for Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan, as part of the final stage of campaigning before the election.
