BlockBeats news, November 3rd, Liquid Federation announced that the network's Bitcoin reserves have been fully restored, re-establishing a 1:1 BTC backing for all LBTC. Users can now transfer between Bitcoin and Liquid at a 1:1 ratio through service providers participating in the swap.
