CZ: Binance has fully disbursed 100% of the funds, with the remaining 5% still requiring time due to the conversion of small-cap tokens.

BlockBeats news, November 3: Binance founder CZ stated early this morning regarding the platform's recovery progress that Binance has allocated 100% of the funds, and currently only about 5% remains to be converted into some small cryptocurrencies, so more time is needed.

Earlier news: Binance has covered 95% of the approximately $3.3 billion in stolen losses and restored withdrawals for the top ten assets. The remaining 5% consists of less liquid tokens, and purchasing to make up the shortfall still requires more time.
