Musk opens Alipay and UnionPay payments for Grok, subscriptions also include access to Cursor and X Premium.

Beating AI News Flash: Musk's Grok has recently expanded payment support for Alipay and China UnionPay, allowing direct selection of mainland China and the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions on the subscription page.

This adjustment coincides with Musk's integration of his AI products. The X Subscription launched in October has bundled Grok, Cursor, and X Premium into a unified subscription.

The new packages are divided into multiple tiers, with Plus at $8 per month and Premium at $30 per month. Premium includes Grok Bot, Cursor, and X Premium membership benefits. Grok and Cursor share a weekly AI usage quota, but calling third-party models such as Claude and GPT still requires additional payment.

First-time Premium subscribers can enjoy half price for the first month, at only $15. Some users report that the actual payment via Alipay was approximately 100 RMB.
