BlockBeats news, November 2 - Binance stated on social media that the platform began phased restoration of withdrawal services at 14:00 Beijing time on November 1, 2026. As of 20:36 on November 1, all 15 networks and assets in the initial phase had resumed withdrawals. After the initial surge in withdrawals, withdrawal volume has decreased and stabilized as expected, while deposit volume remains high.

Between 14:00 and 23:30 Beijing time on November 1, the Binance platform processed $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits, resulting in a net outflow of approximately $3.64 billion. According to the latest available Proof of Reserves (PoR) data as of October 28, 2026, this figure represents 2.1% of the platform's total $171 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM). A new PoR snapshot was generated at 8:00 on October 31, and Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP) computation has begun. The updated report is expected to be published tomorrow on Binance's PoR website.
