U.S. Senator Lummis: The CLARITY Act aims to promote direct intelligence sharing between crypto companies and federal law enforcement agencies.

BlockBeats news, November 1 - U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis, one of the main drafters of the CLARITY Act, stated in a post that this week hackers stole $6.3 billion in crypto assets and transferred them to different blockchains within minutes. The CLARITY Act establishes a pilot program for crypto companies to directly share intelligence with federal law enforcement agencies. When the industry and law enforcement act in coordination, the transfer of stolen funds can be curbed.
