Binance will support cash dividend distributions for MRVL and ORCL through bStocks.

BlockBeats news, October 6 — According to an official announcement, Binance will support cash dividend distributions for Marvell Technology (MRVL) and Oracle Corporation (ORCL) through bStocks. Eligible holders of MRVLB and ORCLB will each receive corresponding dividends in the form of MRVLB and ORCLB bStocks.

After deducting applicable withholding taxes, fees, costs, and other related deductions, the net cash dividend will be reinvested to purchase additional whole or fractional units of the corresponding underlying securities. For users holding MRVLB and ORCLB on-chain, dividends will be distributed by adjusting the multiplier.

Users who hold MRVLB or ORCLB in the snapshot at the record date of 00:00 (UTC) on October 9, 2026, will be eligible to receive the corresponding dividends. Normal trading of MRVLB/USDT and ORCLB/USDT will not be affected by this dividend arrangement.

At the same time, Binance will suspend the 1:1 token conversion service between MRVL stock and MRVLB bStocks, and between ORCL stock and ORCLB bStocks, at 23:30 (UTC) on October 8, 2026, and will also suspend deposits and withdrawals of MRVLB and ORCLB. Users need to allow sufficient time to ensure that relevant deposits are processed before the suspension. Binance Convert will also suspend conversions for MRVLB, ORCLB, and all related trading pairs at 23:30 (UTC) on October 8, 2026.

In addition, dividends generated from users holding related assets in other accounts, including Savings accounts, Margin accounts, etc., will be credited to the Spot account. Binance will be responsible for the technical processing involved in this dividend distribution, and both dividend reinvestment and distribution will be carried out after withholding taxes.
