SlowMist's Yu Xian questions THORChain's double standard: intervening in its own hack, but emphasizing 'no right to interfere' in external incidents.

BlockBeats news, September 27: SlowMist founder Yu Xian stated in a post that the Bitget theft was a widely publicized, public, massive, and clearly defined hacker incident, and traces of North Korean hacker funds were quickly linked. Circle/Tether and others promptly stepped in to freeze the relevant funds, with Circle notably freezing the USDC held by the hackers.

THORChain itself has also been hacked before. It intervened quickly, claiming to be a so-called "decentralized" platform, but when it comes to major industry events, it ignores communication and coordination with all parties, likens itself to Bitcoin and Ethereum, claims to be decentralized with no right to interfere, and continues to enjoy the hefty cross-chain fees contributed by North Korean hackers. Decentralization is not a slogan. In major industry events, the key is to distinguish which issues truly need to be solved together.
