Robinhood CEO recently reduced holdings by over $32 million in HOOD shares.

BlockBeats news, September 24 — According to a U.S. SEC filing, Robinhood Markets (HOOD) CEO Vladimir Tenev sold 259,166 shares of the company's stock on September 21, 2026, at an average price of $125.58 per share, with a total transaction value of approximately $32.5456 million.


The transaction was executed under a previously established Rule 10b5-1 plan. Tenev first automatically converted 259,166 shares of Class B common stock into Class A common stock, and then sold all of them. After the transaction, his directly held Class A shares dropped to zero, while he still indirectly holds 6,907 shares (through a Living Trust). The relevant Form 4 was submitted to the SEC on September 23.
