Securitize is a U.S.-licensed tokenization infrastructure company, founded in 2017, and went public via SPAC in July 2026. It registers fund shares, private credit, stocks, and other assets as on-chain securities, and provides full-process services including transfer agency, brokerage, ATS trading, and fund administration. Its partners include BlackRock (tokenized money market fund BUIDL), Apollo, KKR, and others, with BlackRock being both an important client and investor. Securitize's approach is institutional-grade, bringing real securities with shareholder rights on-chain, rather than synthetic stock price tokens.
