Securitize offers a one-stop service in tokens, backed by OK Blockchain Capital and Coinbase

According to a copy released by Cointelegraph on April 9The press releaseaddSecuritize, a secure scrip start-up backed by Coinbase, a private currency exchange, has launched a program to help companies issue and manage digital securities.

The "securitisation readiness programme" announced by Coinbase on April 9 will offer services from various partners, including Coinbase hosting, Trading platforms OpenFinance and Rialto Trading, and CBlock Capital, the private investment group.

Securitize said it expects more partners to join the program in the future. The securitisation readiness programme is designed to help clients of these partners, which also include broker-dealers, lawyers and consultants, issue and manage secure tokens on securitisation platforms within regulatory guidelines, the company said.

Securitize's DS protocol maintains compliance in secondary transactions and supports automated features such as stock buybacks, dividends, and voting.

The company has facilitated the sale of digital securities by companies such as 22x, SPiCE VC and Augmate, as well as the issuance of token BCAP by Blockchain Capital.
