Trump says US is 'easily winning' war against Iran, expects conflict to end soon

He stated that to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons, the American public may need to bear higher gasoline prices, but if given the choice between "rising oil prices" and "Iran possessing nuclear weapons," he believes the public would be more supportive of preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.

Trump said the war will end soon, at which point gasoline prices will fall back, possibly even below pre-war levels. He also stated that if the United States had not deployed B-2 bombers to strike Iran, Iran "might already possess nuclear weapons by now."
