Coinbase Chief Policy Officer: Crypto voters should use their ballots to push back against lawmakers who voted against the CLARITY Act.

BlockBeats news, September 16: Coinbase Chief Policy Officer Faryar Shirzad commented on the CLARITY Act's failure to pass a key procedural vote: The U.S. Congress has given its answer—the legislative path is dead, so stop holding out hope for it. The two major regulators, the SEC and CFTC, can issue clear regulatory rules using their existing authorities. With about seven weeks to go until the midterm elections, crypto voters should hit back at the lawmakers who voted against it with their ballots.
