Meta wants Muse to be free for most people, and will later take a cut from Agent transactions.

Beating AI News Flash: Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg revealed the long-term business model for the personal Agent product Muse. Meta hopes to let the vast majority of people use Muse for free, and later take a very small cut from transactions that the Agent completes on users' behalf. Muse currently offers about 100 million tokens per week as a free quota, and each user is also assigned an independent virtual machine.

Zuckerberg believes that many people will later use Muse to run small businesses, make money, or save money. Meta's cut may not necessarily be paid by users; it could also charge merchants doing business with Muse.

Muse has already integrated with Stripe Link and can directly make payments on users' behalf. More than 1 million merchants that support Link can check out directly, while other websites can complete purchases through one-time virtual cards. However, taking a cut from transactions is currently only a long-term business model envisioned by Meta and has not yet officially launched.
