NFT gaming project Pixelmon announces it is ceasing all game development and laying off its game team.

BlockBeats news, September 14: NFT game project Pixelmon stated on its official Discord that the latest round of game testing conducted by an external publisher yielded unsatisfactory results. The team has decided not to continue polishing or testing the existing game and to cease all game development. Pixelmon has notified its game team members and provided severance arrangements. Pixelmon previously completed an $8 million seed funding round in 2024, with participation from Animoca Brands, Delphi Ventures, Foresight Ventures, Amber Group, and others.
