BlockBeats News, August 31 - According to Steve Neamtz, CEO of Yorkville America, the asset management company responsible for managing the Truth Social ETF owned by former U.S. President Donald Trump, the company is nearing the completion of an acquisition deal aimed at expanding its product line. Neamtz joined Yorkville America in December 2025. He stated that this transaction will be a key milestone in Yorkville's strategic expansion, transitioning the company's business scope from the current "America First" themed ETF managed under the Truth Social brand to a more extensive field. The transaction is expected to be completed in September.
Over the past year or two, Yorkville has been one of the few fund issuers to enter the ETF field and has chosen to launch more diversified fund products. Another step in Yorkville's move towards this direction is the planned launch of the MANGOS Plus Index ETF on Monday. The fund will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and its newly established NYSE Texas division. This will be Yorkville's first ETF not managed under the Truth Social brand, primarily targeting a group of the hottest stocks in the market, namely companies involved in AI development and implementation.
The fund will track an index whose constituents include not only "MANGOS" companies—Meta, Anthropic, NVIDIA, Google's parent company Alphabet, OpenAI, and SpaceX—but also other AI-related stocks, currently including Micron and SanDisk. To allow investors to have exposure to the two companies Anthropic and OpenAI, which have not yet gone public, the fund will utilize perpetual futures contracts linked to each company. These derivatives can track the price of the underlying assets and have no expiration date.
Neamtz stated: "This will be our first product in the digital assets and cryptocurrency product category." In addition, Yorkville has applied to launch approximately 12 additional ETFs in the coming weeks to months, covering a range of products from other digital economy-themed funds to macro-strategy-based products.
