CZ Bitcoin Asia 2026 Keynote Summary: Bitcoin Market Cap Could Surpass Gold in Next Bull Market, Industry Should Not Be Seen as Zero-Sum Game

Investment-wise, CZ believes that the industry should not be seen as a zero-sum game: RWA, tokenization of stocks will benefit Bitcoin.

It is difficult for Asians to buy U.S. stocks, and the time zone is inconvenient. After the tokenization opens the door to U.S. stocks, users will enter the advanced encryption platform first, and then it will be easier to access Bitcoin exposure, and funds will flow both ways.

Similarly, with multiple chains, if there is only Bitcoin, the industry's development will be slower; innovations on chains such as Ethereum, BNB Chain will eventually be absorbed by Bitcoin, which remains the largest market cap and most decentralized long-term reserve asset.

He suggested countries to establish crypto reserves, issue national stablecoins, and tokenize assets such as rare earths, real estate, intellectual property to attract cross-border funds.

Regarding the hotspots of the next bull market, CZ clearly stated that he cannot predict them. ICOs in 2017 and later NFTs were only evident in hindsight.

Currently, he believes RWAs and AI are the strongest. Stablecoins, centralized and decentralized exchanges, memes, DeFi will continue to grow, NFTs may also come back in some form.

The combination of AI and crypto will first start with stablecoins, then integrate Bitcoin and other tokens; AI companies for establishing mining power may issue "data center tokens." In terms of implementation sequence, AI agent trading will precede AI payments because trading requires real-time information and automatic order placement.
