BlockBeats News, August 26th, the decentralized AI inference network DGrid officially launched its native token DGAI. CoinGecko data shows that DGAI surged nearly 93% on the first day of trading, reaching around $0.73, with a market capitalization of about $110 million and a 24-hour trading volume exceeding $165 million.
DGrid processes AI inference requests for users and developers through distributed nodes, and DGAI will be used for network payments, node staking, and rewards. According to its Litepaper, the network utilizes a "Proof of Quality" mechanism to evaluate AI inference results, where node operators are required to stake DGAI and provide computing power. Poor performance or any violations will result in corresponding penalties.
Furthermore, DGrid announced that over 140 units of the hardware device DClaw Box, used to run the personal AI agent DClaw, were sold in just a few hours, priced at 1580 USDT per unit, resulting in sales exceeding 221,000 USDT.
