According to DeepInsight Beating, AI image and video generation platform Higgsfield has completed a $400 million Series B funding round, valuing the company at $5.4 billion. The round was led by DST Global, with participation from Goldman Sachs Growth Equity, Intel Capital, and others. In January this year, Higgsfield was valued at only $1.3 billion; by the end of June, reports emerged about this funding round being negotiated, and now it has been officially closed.
Higgsfield's annualized revenue run rate has now reached $700 million, up from just $20 million about a year ago. The platform has over 30 million users globally, spanning 238 countries and regions.
Higgsfield is also rapidly shifting towards the enterprise market. In January this year, less than 25% of the revenue came from enterprise customers, but now the majority of the revenue is from enterprises. The company stated that 390 Fortune 500 companies are currently using Higgsfield, with some brands starting to use it to generate marketing videos in bulk on a daily basis. The new funding will continue to be invested in enterprise products, security, and computing power.
