BlockBeats News, August 16th. NVIDIA disclosed its latest 13F report as of June 30th, holding a total of 8 US stocks with a closing position value of approximately $63.44 billion, representing a 245% increase from the end of the first quarter's value of $18.37 billion.
Specifically, Intel remains NVIDIA's largest holding, with 215 million shares held, a closing value of approximately $29.99 billion, accounting for about 47.3% of the 13F portfolio; SpaceX appeared for the first time in NVIDIA's 13F report, holding 123 million shares, with a closing value of approximately $20.98 billion, becoming the second-largest holding, accounting for about 33.1%. The two together account for approximately 80.3% of NVIDIA's declared portfolio.
Other holdings include CoreWeave with 47.21 million shares valued at about $4.70 billion; Coherent with 7.79 million shares valued at about $3.07 billion; Nokia with 166 million shares valued at about $22.1 billion; Synopsys with 4.82 million shares valued at about $21.5 billion; Nebius with 1.19 million shares valued at about $3.3 billion; Generate Biomedicines with 830,000 shares valued at about $14.06 million.
Regarding portfolio adjustment, apart from SpaceX's first entry into the 13F, the holdings of the other 7 stocks remained consistent with the end of the first quarter. Therefore, the significant increase in NVIDIA's 13F portfolio value is mainly due to the inclusion of the SpaceX position for the first time in the filing and the increase in the value of existing holdings, and does not imply that NVIDIA net purchased approximately $45 billion of stocks in the secondary market in the second quarter.
It is worth noting that NVIDIA's SpaceX shares come from a previous investment in xAI, rather than direct secondary market purchases after SpaceX went public. The 13F only reflects the quarter-end reportable securities holdings, without disclosing the specific acquisition time, investment cost, and post-quarter-end transaction details.
