Retail Investors in US Stock Market Bought $27 Billion of Nvidia in Past Year, Ranking First Among "Big Seven"

BlockBeats News, August 16th, The Kobeissi Letter reported that retail investors have collectively purchased approximately $27 billion worth of NVIDIA (NVDA) stock in the past year, ranking first among the "Big Seven" US stocks.


Since October 2025, retail purchases of NVIDIA have grown by over 4 times. During the same period, Tesla (TSLA) had around $15 billion in retail purchases, ranking second, while Microsoft (MSFT) received about $9 billion in retail purchases.


In contrast, Apple (AAPL) saw approximately $5 billion in retail sell-offs in the past year, being the only company among the "Big Seven" US stocks that experienced retail selling. For retail investors, NVIDIA remains the primary AI trading target.
