Ethereum Staking Ratio Reaches New All-Time High of 34.7%, Staking Reward Rate Slightly Decreases to 2.6%

BlockBeats News, August 13th, according to Staking Rewards data, the Ethereum staking ratio has reached a new all-time high. Currently, about 41.89 million ETH is staked, accounting for 34.7% of Ethereum's total supply. The corresponding staked value is approximately $785.6 billion, with the current staking yield around 2.6%, a recent decrease of 0.49%. There are approximately 789,000 active network validators. The staking ratio has been steadily increasing recently, with a recent growth rate of about 0.77%. At the same time, the network inflation rate has decreased to around 0.86%.

More and more ETH is being locked in PoS consensus, tightening the circulating supply. ETH staking rewards mainly come from on-chain issuance, priority fees, and MEV, but as the staked amount increases, the individual validator's yield will be diluted.
