Neocloud's flagship Nebius platform saw a 454% year-over-year revenue growth in Q2, with the stock price surging 12% in pre-market trading.

BlockBeats News, August 12th, neocloud company Nebius (NBIS) announced its second-quarter financial report, with Q2 revenue reaching $582.3 million, a 454% increase from $105.1 million in the same period last year.


The second-quarter adjusted EBITDA was $236.2 million, compared to a loss of $21 million in the same period last year, marking a positive turnaround; the adjusted net loss was $33.2 million, narrowing by 64% from a $91.5 million loss in the same period last year.


However, the company's ongoing operational net loss in the second quarter was $190.4 million, while it had a net profit of $502.5 million in the same period last year.


In the first half of 2026, Nebius accumulated revenue of $981.3 million, a 529% year-on-year increase; the adjusted EBITDA reached $365.7 million, compared to a loss of $74.7 million in the same period last year.


According to BIT (bit.com) market data, as of the press time, NBIS is up 12.05% in pre-market trading, trading at $217.5.
