OpenAI suffered an outage for nearly two hours, resetting Codex and ChatGPT Workspace users' quotas as compensation.

According to Dynamic Beating monitoring, Tibo, the Product Lead at OpenAI, has announced a reset of all Codex and ChatGPT Workspace user quotas.

Prior to this, OpenAI experienced a nearly global service outage. The API, ChatGPT, and Codex all showed widespread errors, with the main disruption lasting close to two hours before service was restored.
