Claude and Cowork Design Lead Jumps Ship to Cursor

According to Dynamic Beating's monitoring, Claude and Cowork design lead Jenny Wen has announced her departure from Anthropic. She will be joining Cursor as the design lead.

She previously spearheaded the visual redesign of Claude.ai and set the early product direction for Cowork. Prior to joining Anthropic, she was the Design Director at Figma, leading teams for products like FigJam and Slides.

This move brings Claude's core product experience to a competitor. Cursor and Claude Code are currently competing in the AI Programming Agent market, with product design being a key battleground between the two.
