BlockBeats News, July 12th, Cryptocurrency KOL Nikita revealed that he conducted a simultaneous €9.69 consumption test on six crypto payment cards in Europe, including Ether.fi, Plasma, Backpack, Lava, Jup Mobile, and KAST. After considering the exchange rate, fees, and cashback, Ether.fi ranked first with an actual cost of $10.72, followed by Plasma at $10.93 in second place, and Backpack at $11.07 in third.
The test showed that the actual consumption costs between different crypto payment cards differed by about 5%, mainly determined by the exchange rate spread, fees, and cashback mechanism. Ether.fi achieved the best performance consistently due to its superior exchange rate and on-chain cashback; Plasma, although having a lower exchange rate than some new products, maintained second place with a 3% cashback; KAST, performing poorly in terms of exchange rate and charging additional fees, became the most expensive product in the test for the second time in a row.
