Tencent Customer Service: WeChat is currently conducting a grey-scale test for the AI assistant "Xiao Wei"

BlockBeats News, June 20th, Tencent customer service stated that WeChat Xiaowei (Smart Assistant) is a native AI assistant being tested in a small-scale internal test by the WeChat team and is currently in the testing phase.

The customer service representative stated that WeChat Xiaowei supports operation of WeChat's native functions through text or voice commands, such as adjusting settings, sending messages, making phone calls, etc. Xiaowei currently uses multiple AI models, including Tencent's self-developed models and high-quality open-source models.

"Currently, WeChat Xiaowei's grey-scale testing covers multiple systems. Please refer to the actual page display for specific eligibility," the customer service representative said.
