Nasdaq 100 Welcomes Seasoned Adjustments, Five Newcomers Including NBIS and CRWV, All from AI, Semiconductor, and Aerospace Sectors

The following five companies will be added to the index: Astera Labs (ALAB.US), CoreWeave (CRWV.US), NEBIUS (NBIS.US), Rocket Lab (RKLB.US), and Teradyne (TER.US).

Nebius (NBIS.US) is an AI cloud company spun off from Yandex's international business, operating large-scale GPU clusters in Europe and the U.S., providing full-stack cloud infrastructure for AI training, inference, and development;

Rocket Lab (RKLB.US) is a space company focused on small satellite launch services and aerospace system manufacturing, and is a global leader in small and medium launch vehicle providers;

Teradyne (TER.US) is a giant in automated test equipment, primarily providing test solutions for the semiconductor and electronic products, while also entering the advanced robotics (collaborative robots and mobile robots) business.

The following five companies will be removed from the index: Charter Communications (CHTR.US), Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTSH.US), Insmed (INSM.US), Verisk Analytics (VRSK.US), and Zscaler (ZS.US).
