Meta is planning to raise $13 billion for Texas AI data center, with Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase leading the way.

According to Insight Beating monitoring, Meta is reportedly arranging a $13 billion financing package for a data center located in El Paso, Texas, led by Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase. In March of this year, Meta had just announced a significant increase in investment for this AI data center to over $10 billion, making this external financing the latest development for the project.

Sources familiar with the matter revealed that the majority of this financing will be in the form of debt, with the remainder being equity financing. The discussions are still in the early stages, and specific terms are still being finalized.
